1) Whatever it takes (2000) – This firstly got a 20/100 by the critics, however I feel that these scores are quite low for this film. The film is about a socially awkward and having no skill type of boy and teams up with a boy who is an athletic type to get their respective dream dates. The reason why I like this film so much is firstly it was the year that I was born in, but it gave me throwback vibes. It is also a film that you can watch with you family as well.

2) Sister Act 2: Back in the habitat (1993) – This film got a 17% on Rotten Tomatoes from the critics and the audiences still like this film that giving it a 61%. This film is about Mary Clarence is teaching music back to the school again but she also must save the school from closing down and fed of some monks. I still found that the film was good as sometimes the second film can be worse than the first. It was a heartfelt film, and the storyline wasn’t too bad. The cast was just as good as the first time that they shot the first movie.

3) Step Up (2006) – This film got a 21% by the critics but most of these fans. Such as I got an average of 83% of positive reviews on Rotten Tomatoes. This film is about is guy called Tyler and he receives an opportunity after vandalizing a arts school and gain him the chance to earn a scholarship and dance with a great dancer called Nora. One of the reasons that I really like the movie is because it has got a mixture of romance but also drama. I would say the people who enjoyed this film was the younger generation. Also, it had a lot of dancing to it which made the film enjoyable.

4) Red Notice (2021)– this film the critics gave it a 36%, however I recently just watched this film and felt that it had a good twist and I agree with the audience that it was alright film. The film is about a Interpol agent attempts to hunt down and capture the most wanted art thief. The audience rated this film very highly at 92%, however in my opinion I would have rated it that highly as it was enjoyable but some of storyline was a bit predictable. It did well as it became the most watched Netflix original movie from all time and beating other Netflix shows like Bird Box. I would say overall, I would watch this family friendly film, but I wouldn’t see it again.

5) The Proposal (2009) – this film got a 48% by the critics but just like the audiences I felt that the film was funny, engaging and just a good film overall. It is about a new York editor gets deported and she convinces her assistant to marry her to get a promotion. This Romantic comedy had a great cast which starred Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds. These two actors made the film hilarious, and it had a good and quirky storyline to it which made it more enjoyable. I wouldn’t of expected it to be that good but I really liked it and would watch it again.
