Heartstopper Review

This heart-warming film is refreshing to see as it is about a boy called Nick who is gay and has a crush on a rugby player and openly thinker called Charlie Springs. This friendship grows into something more, but Nick doesn’t think that he as a chance with Charlie as he thinks he is straight. Heartstopper is about friendship, love and loyalty and it is based on the graphic novels written by Alice Oseman. One of the reasons I really like this show is because it has got a diverse and queer cast and that the cast is mostly the same age to the character which is good as the audience can relate to it more. This show is a quick binge, and it is written empathically, and it was. There has been so much positivity on this show, and I don’t think I can say one bad word about it. It’s an easy watch and is based on the books. Highly recommend.
